The resulting wines have superb color and show great depth, complexity, varietal intensity, and balance. This red blend opens with aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, baking spices, and vanilla bean. Flavors of strawberry preserves, cherry cola and milk chocolate follow through to a fruit-forward, lingering finish. It pairs well with barbecued chicken and caprese salad. Varietal: syrah, merlot, petite sirah, zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, malbec, and grenache.
