At this height the transfer case is indexed using a supplied indexing ring and new transmission crossmember. The rear uses a high-strength steel lift block, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. This is the 8-bolt Aisin transmission version, which also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.

- Select rear box kit based on whether or not your RAM has the factory rear overload leaf.
- This kit is for the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission in 3500 trucks, which uses a different 8-bolt transfer case mounting pattern.
- Dually with 8-bolt transmission (Aisin) requires BDS122409 DEF relocation kit.
- Mega Cab with 8-bolt transmission (Aisin) requires BDS122409 DEF relocation kit.
- Vehicles equipped with a manual t-case require BDS122423 manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 carrier bearing drop.
