Odisha Pattachitra is a traditional art form that is deeply connected to the cult of Lord Jagannatha. The artform is inspired by the stone carvings of the temples in Odisha.
The traditional subjects revolve mostly around Ramayana, Mahabharata, Sri Kishna and other gods and goddesses.
In this 5 days workshop, you will create a beautiful scene of Radha Krishna Jugalbandi depicting their oneness. Krishna standing in Tribhanga mudra while Radha besides her, one foot of both on ground.
We start from basics, understanding the construction of figures, moving on step by step to coloring and detailing techniques.
