Het wijnhuis is al zeer lange tijd actief als premium alcohol vrije wijn maker. Het wijnhuis Sinzero heeft wijngaarden in het hart van de Chileense wijnbouw namelijk in Maipo Valley. Hier groeien de Cabernet Sauvignon druiven op in een geweldig klimaat, veel zonneschijn een koelte van de wind vanaf het Andes gebergte. Hierdoor rijpen de Cabernet Sauvignon druiven erg gelijkmatig en krijgen ze de kans om rustig groot te worden. Door de oude bodem structuur die veel kracht geeft aan de trossen is de oogst fenomenaal te noemen.Houtlagering voor de Sinzero Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva
Als de oogst eenmaal rijp is worden alle trossen met de hand geoogst. enkel de beste worden verzameld in klein kratjes en naar Sinzero gebracht. Hier ondergaan de trossen een Koninklijke behandeling, eerst worden ze zachtjes geperst waarna de gehele wijn gelagerd wordt op eiken houten vaten. Deze periode duurt een aantal maanden zodat de wijn alle mooie eigenschappen van het houten fust kan opnemen. Na deze periode start de bijzondere "spinnig one column" technik waarbij de alcohol wordt onttrokken. Dit alles zonder smaak en geur van de wijn te verliezen. En ja dan kunnen we wel stellen dat dit één van de mooiste alcoholvrije wijnen is.Hoe smaakt de Sinzero Cabernet Sauvignon?
Het is echt een waar feest wat al begint bij het inschenken van deze rode wijn. Deze Sinzero Cabernet Sauvignon geeft dan een mooie diep rode kleur met een paarse rand. In de geur is de houtrijping goed merkbaar, tonen van vanille, diep zwart fruit, licht kruiden en wat eiken hout zijn waarneembaar. In de smaak is het een betovering, de tong wordt verwend door aanzien van bramen en kersen aangevuld met kruiden en peper. Als de wijn even in de mond is proeven we ook cederhout, peperkoek en wat pure chocolade. Wat een fantastisch glas rode alcoholvrije wijn.Maximaal 0,5% Alcohol
Een alcoholvrije wijn mag maximaal 0.5% alcohol bevatten. Dit is tevens ook de wettelijke aanduiding voor een wijn waarbij de alcohol is onttrokken. Deze Alcoholvrije wijn is ooit wijn geweest met alcohol waarbij de alcohol is onttrokken. Deze techniek word ook wel de inverse Osmose of Vacuum techniek genoemd. Hierdoor kan er nog een minimaal spoor van alcohol in de fles achterblijven. Het is hierdoor verplicht een maximale aanduiding van 0,5% weer te geven. Veel levensmiddelen waarvan je het niet vermoedt, bevatten alcohol. zo kan appelsap 0,5% alcohol bevatten en kan ook in overrijpe bananen alcohol voorkomen.Shipping Notes

A book covering most of the aspects of digital forensics
Format: Paperback
In my opinion, this book is really well written with a flowing and progressing layout. The chapters build up from the basics of digital forensics walking through all the core concepts up until specialized areas of digital forensics such as dead box forensics , network investigations, and online and #OSINT investigations.
Not only does the book give comprehensive information on all the key aspects of digital forensics such as searching, analyzing, acquiring, and securing digital evidence but it also provides its readers a taste of how it is like conducting digital forensics examinations in a professional setting such as law enforcement.
Piecing together theoretical knowledge with the professional settings the knowledge will be utilized in, the author made sure to include key details such as the different types of graphical evidence examiners may encounter such as child sexual assault, the importance of chain of custody if the case were to go to trial, forensically sound examination environments and how you must maintain control of the environment and much more.
Not only does the book cover in detail the foundations of digital forensics but it also covers some of the advanced topics such as RAM forensics, internet evidence, cloud computing, and OSINT investigations. These topics build on the foundations discussed earlier in the book and are very critical as real-life cases usually encompass most of these intricacies. Understanding what evidence may be discovered in each of these locations and how to use the tools are very critical for a successful career as a digital forensic analyst.
Report writing is often overlooked but actually is the most important aspect in digital forensics. The last two chapters are a must-read for everyone in this field. The author discusses writing credible reports and ensuring they are peer-reviewed along with ethics.
This was a welcome read, being so many want to get into this space and are unaware of the atrocities they may find. Whether you're just starting out in computer forensics or want to expand your knowledge of digital forensics. This is an excellent addition to your reading list.
