Domaine de la Falize chardonnay 2023La Falize is een van de absolute chardonnay topwijnen uit Noord Europa. We zijn dan ook fier om te kunnen zeggen dat dit 100% Belgisch is. De chardonnay druiven worden manueel geplukt en de wijngaarden worden biodynamisch gecultiveerd. De wijnstokken zijn op zuidflanken aangeplant, waardoor ze de juiste rijping genieten. Na de persing en vinificatie gaat de wijn voor 18 maanden op Franse Allier eiken vaten. In de neus worden we beloond met geuren van

Na de persing en vinificatie gaat de wijn voor 18 maanden op Franse Allier eiken vaten. In de neus worden we beloond met geuren van vers gebakken brioche brood, amandel en vanille bourbon. Bij het proeven hebben we een mond vullende aanzet met rijpe abrikoos en ananas, verse boter en een perfect huwelijk met de zuren die heel mooi in balans zijn. Deze fluweelzachte volle witte wijn komt het best tot zijn recht in een Bourgogne glas en geserveerd op kamertemperatuur, met een fijne Belgische klassieker.
