Mottura Negroamaro del Salento 2023 (op=op)Gemaakt van de negroamaro druif, een variteit die sinds de 6e eeuw voor Christus in het zuiden van Puglia wordt verbouwd. De wijn heeft een granaat rode kleur met paarse schitteringen. In de neus is het breed en intens met aroma's van rijp fruit, peper, tabak, walnoten in combinatie met etherische tonen. In de mond is het fluweelzacht, vol, krachtig en harmonieus. De negroamaro druiven zijn afkomstig uit verschillende gemeenten in Salento. Het terroir
Gemaakt van de negroamaro druif, een variëteit die sinds de 6e eeuw voor Christus in het zuiden van Puglia wordt verbouwd. De wijn heeft een granaat rode kleur met paarse schitteringen. In de neus is het breed en intens met aroma's van rijp fruit, peper, tabak, walnoten in combinatie met etherische tonen. In de mond is het fluweelzacht, vol, krachtig en harmonieus.
De negroamaro druiven zijn afkomstig uit verschillende gemeenten in Salento. Het terroir bestaat uit kalkhoudende klei. De winters zijn hier matig en de lentes en zomers erg droog. Druiven worden strikt met de hand geoogst, de trossen worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en onderworpen aan een traditionele maceratie van 10-12 dagen op de schil, waarbij de most wordt gefermenteerd bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. Alcoholische gisting wordt gevolgd door malolactische gisting. De wijn wordt ongeveer 6 maanden gerijpt in Franse eikenhouten barriques en daarna rijpt de wijn nog 2 tot 3 maanden door op fles.

I got the twelve inch handle. It is too short and does not flex enough to release ball in right direction. Its almost impossible to aim and doesn't sent the ball far enough.
