Deze vernieuwde versie van de Gi Ultralight behoudt de robuustheid en pasvorm van de originele versie, met een bijgewerkt en verfijnd ontwerp. De jas is gemaakt van 420 gr/mq Pearl Weave, een ultralicht en duurzaam weefsel, gesneden uit één stuk om onnodige naden te elimineren en maximale duurzaamheid te garanderen. De kraag is versterkt met hittebestendig gevulkaniseerd rubber, bedekt met dezelfde katoen/polyester ripstop stof als de Broek. Deze laatste, gemaakt van ripstop materiaal van 8 oz, zijn voorzien van knieën met dubbele versterking en een aangepaste elastische koord voor een veilige pasvorm.
