De wijngaarden zijn Zuidoost gericht op een ondergrond van klei en kalk met blauwe en witte keien. De druiven worden volledig manueel geplukt en een strenge selectie zorgt voor lage rendementen van zon 25 hl per hectare. Dit zorgt ervoor dat enkel de beste druiven gebruikt worden en de aromas zeer

Deze witte wijn uit de Bergerac is een uitstekend voorbeeld van een droge wijn, waarbij drie druivenvariëteiten elkaar perfect in balans weten te brengen. De wijngaarden zijn Zuidoost gericht op een ondergrond van klei en kalk met blauwe en witte keien. De druiven worden volledig manueel geplukt en een strenge selectie zorgt voor lage rendementen van zo’n 25 hl per hectare. Dit zorgt ervoor dat enkel de beste druiven gebruikt worden en de aroma’s zeer genereus zijn. Na de pluk gaat het sap op inoxen cuves om optimaal de kenmerken van de druiven naar voren te brengen. In de neus herkennen we ananas, wit steenfruit en een lichte citrus toets. Bij het proeven komt de citrus mooi naar voren in de aanzet met in de finale wat perzik en zeste van sinaas met strakke, verfrisende zuren die het geheel van deze droge witte wijn compleet maken. Goed fris serveren als aperitief of bij een koud voorgerecht. Succes gegarandeerd. Santé!

Don't know how long this one will last even though I used quilting thread which is a bit stronger than regular thread. Hope this was just a bad one & if so, wish company's quality control would have caught this & rejected it.
