In de neus een intens fruit boeket van perzik en abrikoos met toetsen van vanille en amandelen. De wijn heeft een mooie structuur en is evenwichtig tussen zuren en body. Lange afdronk van honing en gele vruchten jam. Kan gecombineerd worden met allerhande visgerechten, oude kazen, pasta, wit vlees en gegrilde groenten. Deze 100% Chardonnay uit Puglia, Italië, heeft een mooie strogele kleur. In de neus een intens fruit boeket van perzik en abrikoos met toetsen van vanille en amandelen. De wijn heeft een mooie structuur en is evenwichtig tussen zuren en body. Lange afdronk van honing en gele vruchten jam.

Klimaat

Landelijke wijngaarden die gelegen zijn ten zuidwesten van de Provincie Brindisi. 1km van de Adriatische zee.

Ondergrond

Voornamelijk klei en kalk.

Vinificatie

Tijdens het persen van de druiven gebeurt de maceratie in de pers gedurende 8-9 uur bij een koude temperatuur van 10°C. Het vergisten en/of rijpen van een deel van de Chardonnay gebeurt in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Dit geeft een complex karakter aan de wijn.
