De Azet Candor Industrielak Glans is een sneldrogende glanslak op basis van een met PU versterkt alkydhars bindmiddel. De eenvoudige verwerking en mooie vloeiing zorgen samen met de uitstekende dekking voor een strak eindresultaat.

TOEPASSING
Buiten en binnen
Azet Candor Industrielak Glans wordt buiten voornamelijk toegepast als slijtvaste voor- en aflak op voorbehandeld metaal. Door de corrosie werende eigenschappen en goede buiten duurzaamheid is Candor Industrielak de beste keuze voor metaalbescherming.

VOORBEHANDELING 
• Eventuele ondeugdelijke oude verflagen verwijderen.
• Roest en zinkzouten volledig verwijderen.
• Ondergrond ontvetten en schuren
• Waar nodig reparaties uitvoeren.
• Kaal non-ferro en ferro metaal gronden met twee lagen Azet Candor Multiprimer.
 Let op! Kaal verzinkt staal gronden met een 2K epoxy primer.
• De primer na droging licht schuren.

VERWERKING 
Azet Candor Industrielak Glans wordt aangebracht op een droge ondergrond. De goed voorbehandelde ondergrond kan (plaatselijk) worden voorgelakt met de Industrielak Glans. Na droging licht schuren. Vervolgens het gehele oppervlak aflakken met een laag Candor Industrielak Glans.
Dit product kan worden verwerkt met kwast/roller of via spuitapplicatie.
Spuit gegevens airless:     
Spuitdruk      120 -150 bar
Nozzle           0,0013 – 0,0015 inch    

Belangrijk! Controleer voor, en bij grotere oppervlakken ook tijdens, de verwerking het dauwpunt. De temperatuur van de ondergrond moet minimaal 3°C boven het dauwpunt liggen.

I am floored by this heat press! I have a more expensive brand but it's so large and heavy. I wanted something that was portable enough to take to craft shows. I thought, what the heck, worst thing is I send it back. Thank is NOT happening! HTVRONT brings it again! This press is SO light. I was worried about it easily sliding around. NOPE, they put suction cup feet on the bottom! The top handle folds back for ease of use, so you can postion your hat any way you like. It has the standard pull bar to pull the hat snug onto the press. Once you bring the top forward the bottom platen then raises up to press the hat against the top platen (when you push "play" to start the pressing. It doesn't do it untiol you want it to.) I was able to press the stanrd area of the front, but also was easily able to press the bill and the side of the hat as well. It came with two platens which is very nice as well. It also heats up quickly. Initially, the top took a bit of force to push backwards, but it loosened up very quickly. This is SO small and light as well. You can store it just about anywhere. It's not much bigger than a loaf of bread. I am THRILLED!
