De bodem is krasbestendig en maakt eenvoudig schoon. De 4 mm dikke rand en 3 mm dikke bodem zorgen voor een goede warmtegeleiding en zorgen ervoor dat de pan een goede lange levensduur heeft. De bodemrand is 8 cm hoog.

Pfas vrij

Het nieuws is je vast niet ontgaan: in pannen met een anti-aanbaklaag zitten poly- en perfluoralkylstoffen (PFAS). Deze mix van giftige chemicaliën zijn niet alleen slecht voor het milieu, maar – als de pan beschadigd – ook slecht voor je gezondheid. Deze stoffen kunnen je imuumsysteem aantasten of zelfs leverschade en kanker veroorzaken. Gelukkig verschijnen er wel steeds meer PFAS-vrije pannen op de markt, waaronder deze serie pannen. Deze PFAS vrije pannen zijn pannen zonder een kunstmatige antiaanbaklaag. Een PFAS vrije koekenpan wordt ook wel gezien als een gezonde koekenpan. Dit zijn namelijk pannen zonder schadelijke stoffen en zijn hierdoor veilig voor jou en het milieu. Het is even wennen om met RVS pannen te koken, maar het is niet voor niets dat koks vaak voor RVS pannen kiezen in de keuken.

Hope this was just a bad one & if so, wish company's quality control would have caught this & rejected it.
