Deze halve maan grillplaat past precies in je 15 inch kamado. Met een diameter van 33 cm heb je genoeg ruimte voor een paar hamburgers of pannenkoeken, maar hij past ook nog makkelijk naast andere dingen op je rooster. Door het gietijzer krijg je mooie grillstrepen op je vlees.

De plaat past op het Divide & Conquer systeem, waardoor je hem op verschillende hoogtes kunt plaatsen. Handig als je wilt spelen met temperatuurzones. Gietijzer houdt de warmte goed vast en verdeelt deze gelijkmatig, wat zorgt voor een mooi gelijkmatig bakresultaat.

De plaat is al voorbehandeld (voorbehandeld), dus je kunt hem meteen gebruiken. Na gebruik even afvegen met keukenpapier en een dun laagje olie is genoeg. Hoe vaker je hem gebruikt, hoe beter de anti-aanbaklaag wordt.
