Al palato è strutturato, piacevolmente agrumato, pieno, avvolgente e caratterizzato da piacevoli richiami di frutta, in chiusura.Un grande classico, uno dei Pecorino più rappresentativi della tipologia e dellintera regione. LAmorino di Castorani, frutto di unaccurata selezione dei grappoli, dopo una macerazione a freddo rimane a riposare in grandi vasche di acciaio per circa 5 mesi, periodo di tempo ideale a trovare quellequilibrio che ne caratterizza il tratto. Un bianco fragrante e profondo, dinamico ed elegante, da non mancare.
Anche come aperitivo, si abbina a zuppe, minestre, vellutate. Ottimo con antipasti a base di uova.

Eczema approved
I have always wanted a face mist to cool down my eczema rashes and this spray seem help a lot specifically if you put it in the refrigerator. I did notice it left my skin with moisture. Plus there is no fragrance.
