Rhaponticum, epicatechin, and stim-free muscle support in easy capsules

PerformaX Mass Max isn't a test booster, stim pre-workout, or all-in-one muscle mix. It's a focused capsule with three non-hormonal ways to support gains: phytoecdysteroids from Rhaponticum carthamoides (that's plant-based compounds similar to insect hormones), epicatechin as a flavanol that helps with performance and body comp, and a methylated fatty acid ester blend called Methyl-O/P. This gives it a unique spot for lifters chasing gains through paths beyond the usual tribulus-fenugreek-zinc setup.

The main star is 350mg Rhaponticum. This herb provides ecdysteroids like 20-hydroxyecdysone, which might help with protein building and adapting to training without being like steroids. Human studies are hit or miss. An older one with 200mg ecdysterone daily saw no body comp or hormone changes in trained guys, but a newer study with 12mg to 48mg ecdysterone showed better muscle mass and bench press gains versus placebo. Rhaponticum isn't a straight standardized ecdysterone dose, so results depend on extract quality, which isn't detailed here. Bottom line: 350mg is a good amount for a Rhaponticum formula, but without full standardization info, the muscle-building punch is hard to guarantee.

Epicatechin at 200mg is a solid dose that's easy to get behind in sports supps. It's a flavanol from cocoa linked to nitric oxide in blood vessels, better circulation, and overall recovery. In gym circles, it's talked about for myostatin-related eff

Key Highlights

  • 350mg Rhaponticum carthamoides — the ecdysteroid base here. This herb packs natural phytoecdysteroids like 20-hydroxyecdysone, which get attention for helping protein synthesis and training gains, not just energy from stims.
  • 200mg epicatechin — a real dose, not just for show. This cocoa flavanol ties into nitric oxide, blood flow, and better workout pumps, making it one of the most noticeable ingredients for how your sessions feel.
  • 250mg Methyl-O/P — a unique add for muscle support. It sets Mass Max apart as something for advanced users, even if the research on it isn't as clear-cut as the others.
  • No stims at all — built for steady progress, not a hype rush. Easy to take daily and mix with your pre-workout, coffee, or late-night lifts without extra caffeine messing you up.
  • Capsules with 30 full servings — keeps it simple. Four caps give you the whole dose, no mixing, no taste issues, no adding another powder to your day.
  • Non-hormonal approach to building muscle — skips the usual tribulus test booster vibe. Targets stuff like ecdysteroids and flavanol blood flow instead of messing with hormones.
  • Solid epicatechin at 200mg — lots of products skimp on it. This amount can actually help with pumps, fullness, and workout quality.
  • Rhaponticum with real ecdysteroid buzz — the category has mixed studies, but newer ones on ecdysterone show muscle and bench gains in trained guys. Extract standardization is key, though.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in hypertrophy mode wanting stim-free daily muscle support without sleep issues. Rhaponticum and epicatechin help long-term gains and workout quality over quick energy.
  • Gym vets with creatine, whey, and pre-workout who need a targeted add-on. Mass Max hits ecdysteroid and epicatechin spots those others miss, skipping caffeine and pumps.
  • Physique folks keeping training volume and fullness in lean gains or recomp. 200mg epicatechin really helps with vascular support and nitric oxide for better feels.
  • Evening trainers avoiding late-day stims. Capsules let you support gains without caffeine hitting recovery.
  • Supplement pros chasing non-hormonal muscle help, knowing it's about smart stacking with real training. Rhaponticum and epicatechin are tools, not miracles.
  • People who pick capsules over powders to skip more shakes. Four caps are easy to fit in and travel with.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules as your daily serving. On workout days, do it 30-45 minutes before to get epicatechin going. Off days, with a meal for consistency. No stims, so no need to half-dose for tolerance, but if botanicals bother your stomach, start with 2 caps a few days. Wash down with water; food helps if you're sensitive. Stacks well with creatine, whey, and pre-workout. No strict cycling needed, but use in training blocks and check results after 4-8 weeks. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: capsules mean no big immediate feel, just easy to take. 30-90 minutes: if pre-workout, epicatechin might subtly boost fullness and flow, but nothing like high-stim energy. Days 1-7: don't expect fireworks; judge it on consistency. Weeks 2-4: now you might notice better sessions, fuller hypertrophy work, and steadier gains. After that, it shines if your diet, protein, and training are solid — no supp fixes bad basics.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the active ingredients in PerformaX Mass Max?

The verified formula contains three disclosed actives per 4-capsule serving: Rhaponticum at 350mg, epicatechin at 200mg, and Methyl-O/P at 250mg. That makes this a specialized muscle-support capsule rather than a broad-spectrum pre-workout or testosterone booster.

Is Mass Max a stimulant product?

No meaningful stimulant system is present in the verified formula. Despite conflicting metadata, the disclosed active ingredients are Rhaponticum, epicatechin, and Methyl-O/P, so this should be treated as a stim-free daily muscle-support supplement.

What does the 350mg Rhaponticum dose actually do?

Rhaponticum carthamoides is used for its phytoecdysteroid content, including compounds such as 20-hydroxyecdysone. The category has intriguing but mixed human data for supporting muscle and strength adaptations, so the 350mg dose is meaningful, but the exact impact depends on extract quality and standardization details that are not fully disclosed.

Is 200mg epicatechin a good dose?

Yes, 200mg is one of the strongest features of this formula. Epicatechin at that level is substantial enough to matter for vascular support, nitric oxide-related function, and the overall feel of training, especially when used consistently.

Will I feel this on the first day?

Probably not in the way you feel a caffeinated pre-workout. Epicatechin may subtly improve training feel and muscle fullness, but Mass Max is a cumulative formula that should be judged over several weeks of consistent use.

Can I stack Mass Max with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to use it. Creatine supports phosphocreatine regeneration and high-intensity performance, while Mass Max targets separate pathways through Rhaponticum and epicatechin, so the stack is complementary rather than redundant.

Can I take Mass Max with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because the verified formula does not deliver a stimulant load, it can be paired with a separate pre-workout for energy and focus while Mass Max handles the specialized muscle-support role.

How long should I run Mass Max before deciding if it works for me?

Give it at least 2 to 4 weeks of daily use, ideally during a consistent hypertrophy or strength phase with adequate protein and calories. This is not a one-serving product; it is designed to support repeated training adaptation over time.

Is this better than a testosterone booster for muscle gain?

It depends on what you want. Mass Max is more interesting than most generic testosterone boosters because it does not rely on the usual tribulus-style ingredient profile, but it is also more niche and should be used by people who understand what Rhaponticum and epicatechin are trying to do.

Who should avoid Mass Max?

Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing women, people on blood-thinning medication, and users with complex medical conditions should avoid it or get physician approval first. Epicatechin has vascular activity, and Rhaponticum is a specialized botanical not appropriate for casual unsupervised use in higher-risk populations.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
