This upgraded HE351 is built with a 60mm billet compressor wheel and a 10-blade 76x67mm turbine wheel, giving you quicker spool-up and a serious performance bump, without sacrificing drivability. Perfect for daily driving or towing up to 10,000 lbs, the Aggressor 60/67 fixes the factory turbo’s biggest bottleneck: the tiny 58mm exhaust wheel. The larger turbine improves flow, drops EGTs, and cuts drive pressure, giving your Cummins smoother, cooler performance under load. Keep in mind 2003-2004 truck will need to plug the turbo solenoid bore.

The gold-tone finish is rich and consistent, the open-heart dial showing the movement is a beautiful touch, and the day/week sub-dials work smoothly. The caseback shows the automatic movement clearly — you can see the rotor spinning with every wrist movement. It feels comfortable and the bracelet is solid.
