One part was pressed immediately, a second part was allowed to macerate with the skins for a day, while a third part was allowed to rest on the skins and stems for nearly a year. The blended wine shows effusive nose of floral honey and summer meadows with a hint of vanilla. Ripe and open, yet bright and crisp with some positive tannins at the tantalizing finish.
