Calcium and magnesium work in harmony in the human body, at a ratio we have mirrored in our unique Cal-M formula. Our added spray-dried cider vinegar reacts with calcium and magnesium to form mineral acetates, a type of electrolyte which are easily absorbed and utilised by the body. Cal-M also provides traces of potassium, phosphorous, zinc and iron.

Why Do We Add Apple Cider Vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar is made from the fermented juice of crushed apples. It contains a naturally occurring compound called acetic acid. When in contact with calcium and magnesium, acetic acid reacts to form the mineral salts calcium acetate and magnesium acetate.

What Does Cal-M Do?

Cal-M provides magnesium and calcium, both of which contribute towards a health diet in a number of ways. Magnesium and calcium both contribute towards a normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and normal bones. Magnesium also contributes to normal protein synthesis and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
