WHAT ARE VOICE STRAWS AND VOICE CUPS?
The Voice Straw and Voice Cups are training and rehabilitation tools that focus on pressure and resistance in the throat to help voice users achieve healthy vocal fold movement and vocal balance.

WHY USE CUPS?
The Voice Straw regulates aerodynamic pressure while the cup balances acoustical pressure—making the two together the complete voice training package. When you add the Voice Cup to the Voice Straw, you can create a tight seal around your mouth. This seal allows you to actually sing, talk, yell, etc., all while keeping the vocal tract in the healthy configuration you've achieved through straw training. 

CHOOSE YOUR RESISTANCE LEVEL: 6mm or 3mm
The Voice Straw and Cup Combo comes with various straw sizes and cup options. Straw training is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Because of this, our straw kits allow you to choose between two straw diameters that are scientifically proven to promote healthy vocal cord movement.

• 5 inch stainless steel straws with a 3 mm diameter (2)
• 7 inch stainless steel straw with a 3 mm diameter (1)
• 7 inch stainless steel straw with a 6 mm diameter (1)
• Collapsible silicone articulation cup for the 3 mm straw (1)
