Nel finale emerge una delicata sensazione tannica tipica dell’Albana.Il Romagna Albana Secco DOCG 2017 dell’azienda Zavalloni nasce da vigne di oltre 30 anni. Dopo la raccolta manuale le uve vengono sottoposte ad una criomacerazione allo scopo di ottenere una maggiore estrazione di profumi. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio a bassa temperatura ed è seguita da un’affinamento a contatto con le fecce fini di almeno 4 mesi. Un bianco di territorio, espressione autentica e inimitabile dell’Albana, il grande vitigno romagnolo.
Bianco strutturato da abbinare a primi e secondi a base di pesce. Non teme il confronto con carni bianche e piatti speziati.
