When you're done training, the crossmembers fold laterally and lock in place with the mag pin — the whole setup sits virtually flush with the uprights. No dismantling, no storing parts separately, just fold and go.

How does the folding and locking work?

Each crossmember folds laterally — sideways rather than swinging down — and is secured in both the open and folded position by a mag pin. Pull the pin, fold, drop it back in. It takes a few seconds and no tools.

What can I attach to them?

The crossmembers are built to work with the full MRR attachment range. The most natural pairing is the MRR Pull Up Bar, which slots in to turn the setup into a full wall-mounted pull-up and training station. Other MRR attachments can be used depending on your setup.
