How the Hydrocyclone Sand Separator Works
🔹 Tangential Water Entry – Water enters at high velocity through the inlet pipe, creating a centrifugal vortex inside the separator.
🔹 Sand & Heavy Particles Separation – The high-speed rotational flow pushes heavier particles to the chamber walls, allowing them to settle at the collection chamber below.
🔹 Clean Water Discharge – As clean water rises through the system, it exits via the outlet port, ensuring effective solid separation.
🔹 Easy Flushing & Maintenance – Dirt and sand are flushed by opening a control valve, which can be manually activated or set on an automated controller.
