Mark2 have taken their popular Scrambler hard-tail gravel electric mountain bike to the next level with the introduction of a high torque 90Nm Danish Promovec crank motor.
Hand-built in Europe and shipped from the Mark2 UK warehouse, the Scrambler C combines tough yet lightweight aluminium frame, complemented with a slick 10 speed Shimano Deore derailleur and hydraulic disc brakes to create a truly unique off-road electric bike.
With a powerful, silent, centre mounted electric motor on tap when you need it, removable battery and quality premium components, the Scrambler C not only looks great, but it is equally at home on-road or off, making it a wonderfully versatile and fun electric bike, wherever you go.

CHOOSING YOUR BIKE FRAME SIZE
- Medium Frame: 430 mm / 17" frame ideal for riders with an inside leg measurement of 28” to 35” (71 cm to 89 cm). Stand over height is about 71 cm.
- Large Frame: 480 mm / 19" frame suitable for riders with an inside leg of 30" to 37" (76 cm to 94 cm). Stand over height is about 76 cm.

Delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date you placed your order.
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] so that we can help.
Please note that deliveries outside of the UK Mainland may be subject to additional charges.
MISSED DELIVERIES
Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.
Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.
Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY & AFTER SALES CARE
ASSEMBLY AND AFTER SALES CARE
Following delivery, Mark2 will then take care of any after sales care directly with you.
Every Mark2 e-bike arrives boxed and 99% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.
For shipping, the handlebar is aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are detached.
Once delivered, you just need to straighten and tighten the handlebars and fit on the pedals, requiring minimal bicycle assembly skills. Detailed instructions and all the tools you need are included.

This electric bike comes with a fully comprehensive 5 Year or 5,000 miles (whichever comes sooner) Warranty on the frame, battery, motor and all electrical components and parts, so you can ride away with complete peace of mind.
Please note: This warranty does not cover consumable parts and regular wear and tear, damage from accidents, incidental damages or any usage outside the operational guidelines provided in the user manual.
