MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY

Every Cyrusher e-bike arrives boxed and 90% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.

Any post-delivery assembly requires minimal bicycle knowledge and skills. Detailed instructions and all the necessary assembly tools are included in the box.

Once delivered, simply fit on the handlebars, front headlight, front wheel, and pedals and then you're ready to ride!

Please note: This warranty does not cover consumable parts and regular wear and tear, damage from accidents, incidental damages or any usage outside the operational guidelines provided in the user manual. 

This warranty only applies to the original owner of a Cyrusher bike and is limited to the replacement of defective parts. Cyrusher covers the cost of the replacement, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
