- Shock freezes 1,654 lbs. from 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours or less.
- Remote, air-cooled refrigeration uses a sealed R452A system for chilling and freezing.
- Touchscreen controls support customizable cycles, favorites, and Wi-Fi/USB HACCP data transfer.
- 304 stainless steel construction, insulated floor, and SANIGEN sanitation system support durability and cleanliness.
