- Four insulated 12" x 20" wells are built with SAE Type-316 marine-grade stainless steel for durable buffet service.
- Individual thermostatic controls and power indicator lights let you manage each well independently.
- Wet operation only helps maintain even heating and proper serving temperatures.
- 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a master manifold shutoff.
- Top-mount drop-in installation includes positioning clips and a drip-free flange for a cleaner fit.
- Includes a 6' cord with NEMA 5-30P plug, so hard-wiring is not required.
- Accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep; adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
