ATGBICS Lantronix® compatible TN-10GSFP-LR4M-D29 SFP+ 10GBase-DWDM form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 40km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1554.13nm via an LC Duplex connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Good quality, but could have used better instructions
The kit was complete, and all the components were well made. However, if you aren't somewhat mechanical, it would be fairly easy to install the gaskets and backing plate in the wrong sequence. With better instructions, this would be a 5 star plus kit.

Don't pay boat shops for over priced services!
Boat shop wanted $400 dollars for a new water pump replacement. Got this on Amazon and watched a few utube videos. Took less then 2hrs to take apart and replace. I put it in a Alpha 1 gen 2 lower. Very simple process.
