Enjoy a multipurpose cooking unit with the Giorik 900 Series 800mm 1/3 Ribbed 2/3 Smooth Frytop.
The unit is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless-steel with rounded corners for improved cleaning. Featuring a hermetically sealed, pressed work surface with raised edges to protect from overflow.
2/3 of the cooking area features the smooth frytop, whilst the other 1/3 features a ribbed 15mm plate.
The satin chrome plate models deliver a cost effective, highly durable, faster heating and easier cleaning solution than alternative plates.
The electric units use heating elements, whilst the gas units use piezo ignition burners with flame failure & pilot burner. All units feature the Hi-limit temperature protection, with temperature regulated via the thermostat (90°C – 280°C).
Choose from electric and gas models with mild steel or satin chrome for the cooking plate.
Pair the 900 Series 800mm Half Ribbed/Half Smooth Frytop with other Giorik 900 Series equipment for a seamless line up.
