Delivery time is between 3-5 working days from the date you placed your order. 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] so that we can help.

Please note that deliveries to locations outside the UK Mainland may take longer and may be subject to additional charges. Please get in touch with us for a personalised delivery quote.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY

Every Flow e-bike arrives securely boxed, 90% assembled and adjusted. 

Each order has a 'Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) and test ride to ensure your electric bike is working perfectly. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.

For shipping, the computer display, seat post and saddle, pedals and pegs are detached.

Any post-delivery assembly requires minimal bicycle knowledge and skills.

Detailed instructions and all the necessary assembly tools are included in the box.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

1 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Excellent aftercare comes as standard. This electric bike comes with a 1 Year Warranty on the Frame, Handlebars, Forks, Controller, Motor, Charger and Battery, so you can ride away with complete peace of mind.

Please note: This warranty does not cover consumable parts and regular wear and tear, damage from accidents, incidental damages or any usage outside the operational guidelines provided in the user manual.
