Warranty & Returns
- Returns & Exchanges: Unused items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All original packaging must be included.
- Non-Returnable Conditions: Used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Bare Steel products are not returnable due to rust. We recommend upgrading to Cerakote or Hard Chrome finishes if rust is a concern.
- Cerakote & Hard Chrome Items: These custom-finish items may be returned for the value of the bare steel version only. Any exchanges require a new coating fee.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Oversized or freight-shipped items may incur additional charges. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are responsible for round-trip shipping.
