Rocks South America - New Remastered Edition” is the second best collection of the 1981 South American tour, following ‘Rocks Argentina - Complete Master Edition’! This time, the seven shows in Argentina and Brazil titled “SOUTH AMERICA BITES THE DUST” from February to March 1981 and “GLUTTONS FOR PUNISHMENT” from September to October of the same year are included. The CD contains a soundboard recording of the first show in Argentina on February 28. The CD includes the soundboard recording of the first show on February 28 in Argentina. The second show in Argentina on March 1, which was broadcast live on TV, was recorded on CD & DVD in the first volume. Unfortunately, “Get Down Make Love” was omitted and not recorded, but the soundboard recording of the Brazilian concert was used to make up for it and the concert was completely reproduced. This is a complete reproduction of the concert. This time, the radio broadcast soundboard recording has been newly remastered in the latest AI stereo remastering from the high quality master of the rebroadcast, and the complete recording is now available. DVD1 contains the complete TV broadcast pro-shot of the March 20, 1981 concert in Sao Paulo, Brazil, along with a short version of the separately edited re-broadcast. DVD2 contains the complete TV broadcast of the Caracas, Venezuela performance on September 27, 1981, which was the second tour in South America, in a pro-shot version. Although the quality of the video footage is poor due to the lack of re-broadcasts, this is the only complete and precious concert footage from the second South American tour that still exists, and it is not to be missed. In addition, the video extras include rare film footage of the Rosario concert in Argentina and the Monterrey concert in Mexico, although it is only a fragment of the original. This is the second collector's edition of the latest MASTERWORKS “Rock Argentina” and is not to be missed!
