Small World Realms can be used with either of the series' base games: Small World or Small World Underground. To accomplish this, the tiles are two-sided with one side for the base game and the other for the underground version.

Components:

• 48 geomorphic terrain tiles
  • 26 hexagonal terrain tiles, each featuring three Small World regions on one side and three Small World Underground regions on the other
  • 22 mountains, abysmal chasms and peaks (mountains of level 2), with each of these tiles being 1/3 a terrain tile
• 12 tunnels
• 10 victory coin mines
• 8 miscellaneous tokens (Rusted Throne, etc.)
• 6 river border markers
• 1 game turn marker & track
• 1 rules booklet with 12 scenarios
