The video installation Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore (1999) is one of the best-known and loved works by Turner Prize-winning, London-based artist and Northern English emigre, Mark Leckey. It's a hugely influential piece, and the soundtrack itself has been sampled endlessly, most notably by Jamie XX on "All Under One Roof Raving". A phantasmic and transcendent collage of meticulously-sourced and rearranged footage and sound samples spanning three decades of British subculture - from Northern Soul thru '80s casuals and rave - it may be considered an uncanny premonition of the hauntological zeitgeist which has manifested in virulent sections of UK electronic dance and pop culture since the early '00s. This record severs the sonic aspect from the moving image, offering a new perspective upon what rave culture maven and esteemed author Simon Reynolds calls "a remarkable piece of sound art in it's own right." Divorced from it's visual indicators, Leckey's amorphous, acephalic cues are reframed as an ethereal, Burroughsian mesh of VHS idents, terrace chants, fragmented field recordings and atrophied samples cut with his own half-heard mumbles. At once recalling and pre-dating the eldritch esthetics of Burial, The Caretaker, or the Mordant Music clique, it's an elegiac lament for an almost forgotten spirit; an abstracted obituary to the rituals, passions and utopian ideals of pre-internet, working class nightlife fantasias, now suspended in vinyl. It's backed with another soundtrack to a Mark Leckey video installation: GreenScreenRefrigeratorAction (2010). In stark contrast, the original video features a black Samsung Bottom Freezer Refrigerator stood in front of a green screen infinity cyc, recounting it's contents, thoughts and actions as narrated by the artist in a radically transformed cadence. Meditating on cybernetics and the ambient ecology of household appliances which permeate our lives, it's an unsettling yet compelling piece of sound design whose subtly affective dynamics reflect the underlying dystopic rhetoric with visceral and evocative precision. The piece has since been used in a collaboration with Florian Hecker for the Push And Pull exhibition at Tate Modern in 2011. Edition of 500.

Best organizer with a water spout to keep them counter dry!
Color: Black - 9.25″, Color: Black - 9.25″
I am thoroughly impressed with this product. I tried a product that goes over the middle of the sink and it blocked everything off and would always fall off in a funny ways. I had no room for my pots and pans and started getting irritated with it. This is up and out of the way has a little spicket to drain off the water and as you can see I got all of my sponge and soaps in the same spot which is wonderful cleaned off my counter beautifully. I chose the color black to blend in with my black countertop and also to look nice and clean on the counter. One of the best organizers I have ever found for a countertop. It's sturdy metal so far seems rust resistant, but I haven't had it long enough to know for sure. Mobilize easily to clean. Fabulous little sink caddy. I highly recommend to those of you that like to be organized and keep your counter nice and dry, and still arrange things so that it can be out of the way.

No Rust, No Fuss, A simple but great Sink Item
Color: Black - 9.25″
For years I just had my sponges just laying on or around the sink but this year I decided I needed something to hold the soups and cleaning detergent. Along with not being too pricy and that is how I stumbled upon this sink caddy it has worked amazingly. It holds the detergent, sponge, and tube brushes with no problem and any water is drained out from the little spout underneath it.
You can adjust the dividers so you can have how you want things separeted from each other and with the bottom being plastic you don't have to worry about getting any rust there. If you need something to make more space around your sink this item will help you.

Functional neat and worth it!
Color: Navy Blue - 9.25″
This caddy has been even more useful than I expected. It instantly made my kitchen look cleaner and more organized compared to having wet sponges sitting on the sink. My counters look much tidier now, and the sponges dry out much better. It may seem like a small addition, but it really makes a big difference.

Makes the Sink Area All the More Organized
Color: Silver With Towel Rack - 9.25″, Color: Silver With Towel Rack - 9.25″
At first glance I'm sure most people might think this kitchen accessory is kind of silly; a caddy for your sponge and dish soap? But honestly, it makes the kitchen area look at the more organized and keeps things in place. I sprung for the model with the towel holder because I always feel weird about bacteria sitting in the wet microfiber cloth that I use for cleaning the kitchen countertop and my dining table. The little dowel allows it to dry very quickly.
The holder can be configured in a few different ways to accommodate your cleaning items. I like that it's wide enough to comfortably hold the large bottle of dishwashing soap I buy and it's the perfect width for Sponge Mommy/Daddy sponges.
I've had it less than a week and haven't had to wash it yet, but it seems like it will hold up well in the dishwasher and won't rust. Since I don't have any sponges on a handle, I may use the removable compartment for those (that you can see on the left in my photo) for other kitchen tools.
