Usage directions: Shake a few times to get the fluid flowing. I find it easier to start from the inner corner eye lash and extend outward depending on your eye shape and desired look.
Tips: Be sure to replace the cap immediately to prevent drying and store with the cap downwards so the tip stays moist. ~ Jill
