Better Safe Than Sorry
As lithium use has exploded, so have reports of battery related incidents from abuse, bad installs and low grade electronics. The Pro Series is built from the ground up to tackle that risk head on, instead of treating safety as an afterthought.
Inside each battery is an automotive grade, EV style battery management system with over 60 separate protection mechanisms and alerts. It constantly watches for over current, over voltage, short circuits, cell imbalance and thermal events, and steps in before a problem becomes a failure.
On top of that, Pro batteries introduce active backup protection. If a MOSFET switch fails, the backup protection cuts the circuit up to 40 times faster than conventional passive designs. That means the pack is not relying on a single electronic gate to stay safe.
Together, these layers form a double active safety system that combines smart software and hardened hardware to protect devices, vehicles, property and people in real world use.
Pro Level Safety for All Weather Living
Both the 12V 100Ah Pro and 12V 200Ah Pro batteries use:
- A flame retardant PC/ABS casing rated to stop vertical burning in under 10 seconds
- IP67 protection, sealed against dust and water
- ISO 9227 tested corrosion resistance for damp cabins, salt air and road spray
- A rugged housing rated for harsh outdoor and mobile environments
They are built to live in vans, RVs, boats, cabins and utility spaces that see vibration, dust, splashes and big swings in temperature.
Each pack supports parallel connections up to 8 units, so storage can grow with the system. Build anything from a compact 12V pack for a fish finder to a large multi kilowatt hour bank for an off grid workshop or home backup.
12V 100Ah Pro LiFePO4 – Safe Power for Mobile and Winter Adventures
The 12V 100Ah Pro LiFePO4 is a natural fit for mobile setups and lighter systems:

A built in self heating function lets the 100Ah Pro automatically warm its cells when it sees a charging current over 4A, so it can charge safely in sub zero temperatures. You do not have to bring the battery indoors every time the forecast dips; it takes care of itself whenever it sees a proper charge source.
Bluetooth is built in, so the Renogy app can show state of charge, voltage, current, temperature and fault history from a phone instead of guessing from a simple voltmeter.
12V 200Ah Pro LiFePO4 – High Capacity, High Safety
The 12V 200Ah Pro LiFePO4 is aimed at bigger jobs:
- Long winter journeys with fridges, heaters and inverters on board
- Larger RVs, cabins and off grid systems that need deeper reserves
- DC backup banks that must stay safe and predictable over years
It carries the same double active safety system and self heating tech, sized for the bigger pack. With a charging current above 6A, the 200Ah Pro automatically heats itself before charging when it is below freezing, protecting cells while still letting the system work in real winter conditions.
Parallel up to eight 200Ah Pro batteries for serious storage while keeping tight control over safety, faults and monitoring through the Renogy app.
Simple Bluetooth Monitoring
Both Pro batteries ship with integrated Bluetooth, so there is no extra dongle to lose. Pair the battery with the Renogy app to see:
- State of charge and remaining capacity
- Charge and discharge current
- Cell and case temperature
- Warnings and protection events from the 60+ BMS safeguards
That visibility makes it much easier to spot wiring mistakes, undersized components and unhealthy charge patterns before they turn into downtime.
