Pre-Order: $250 deposit
Final Cost: Calculated once we have a hanging weight, based on your actual meat yield.
Payment: Cow shares are heavily discounted, so we prefer check to avoid losing the 3.5%. We can use credit card for the final payment, but we'll have to add the service charge in.
Pickup: We'll notify you of the date and time. No shipping outside Colorado.
Freezer Space: Plan for at least 9 cubic feet (about 6-8 trays).

Important Notes
- Processing is paid separately at pickup.
- Generic labels are used to keep costs down.
- Standard 14-day dry aging (not 21-day like our other beef options).
- Weight & cut amounts vary—no exact guarantees.
- Steaks are cut 1.25" thick unless specified otherwise.
- Vacuum seals may loosen over time—does not affect meat safety but can lead to freezer burn if left too long.
- Ice crystal formation is normal, especially on larger cuts.
- Discount codes apply to deposits only, not the final price.
