MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY

Every ENGWE e-bike arrives securely boxed and 90% assembled.

Any post-delivery assembly requires minimal bicycle knowledge and skills. Detailed instructions and all the necessary assembly tools are included in the box.

Once delivered, simply fit on the front wheel, saddle, handlebars and pedals and then you're ready to ride!
