INDICATIONS FOR USE

• Gotu kola is used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbal Medicine to support mental acuity.
• May also be used as a tonic to assist during periods of mental fatigue.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
Centella Asiatica (Gotu kola) herb powder 425mg

DOSAGE
Adults: Take two capsules with a meal twice daily.
Children aged 6-12 years: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.

CAUTIONS
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications
