The TS6-HDG6 kit by ACT integrates their top-selling Heavy Duty pressure plate with a 6-pad, spring-centered race disc. Utilizing an exclusive diaphragm design, ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates amplify clamp load, diminish deflection, and optimize clutch life. These pressure plates undergo a stringent four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance, featuring precision cover stampings for rigidity and consistency.

The 6-pad, spring-centered race disc is engineered with a spring-center to effectively damp torsional vibrations and withstand harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to bolster spring support, diminish stress concentrations, and enhance strength and reliability. Although engagement with the 6-pad, spring-centered race disc may be harsher, shifting is expedited. This disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
