This set contains 3 superb new plastic Sd.Kfz 251/1 ausf D half-tracks and 30 multi-pose plastic German infantry - a great core for taking on the Ivans, Tommies or Amis!

Few vehicles are as instantly identifiable as the Sd.Kfz 251, or Hanomag as it was also known. Combining speed, protection and firepower, it ensured the infantry would break through to take and hold enemy positions. Its cross-country performance was much better than any truck and enabled infantry to stay with the leading Panzers for mutual support. The Germans produced over 10,000 of these excellent machines and they served on most fronts from 1943 to the last days in Berlin.

This 1/56th scale plastic kit is designed with the wargamer in mind - relatively few parts allows you to get it on the tabletop quickly but not at the expense of accuracy or detail. There are several optional extras (such as MG42 machine guns, stowage, etc) in the kit meaning your Hanomags will look different every time. In addition, each Hanomag comes with a sheet of full colour waterslide decals to finish it off perfectly.

Of course, the halftracks will need their cargo of panzergrenadiers so this set includes 30 multi-pose plastic German Panzergrenadiers too! With stacks of options for posing and equipping, these will give you hours of fun from the modelling alone - even before you get to smite the enemies of the Third Reich!
