The Cove Bed, unlike an Igloo Bed, is designed for the flap to stay closed so that your dog can get inside and have the bed close over them. This is similar to putting a blanket over your dog, rather than having a 'roof' over the bed. Whippets that love to be covered with a blanket, or always seem to be found under your bedsheets, particularly enjoy the Cove bed for this reason. See the pictures for a visual demonstration. If you require a bed with a flap that stays open then an 'igloo bed' would be more suitable.
Please note these beds are not big enough for large breeds , if you require a larger bed please view the donut beds or giant donut beds.
Also, please note, it is likely that your bed will arrive packaged inside out. If the cream is on the outside when you open it, simply turn the whole bed inside out so that the grey is on the outside and the black base is on the bottom.

Better than expected!
After reading the reviews about it being oversized, I was able to get the right fit that I wanted. It is on the thinner end as far as sweatshirts go, but I tend to run hot so I was quite pleased that I got a long sleeve shirt that didn’t make me sweat. Now, let me tell you about the quality …. For some reason I thought the design was just printed on it, but it’s not! The “jolly” is sewn on, and the stripes don’t look cheaper. I love the red banding at the neck, sleeves and waist. It’s so comfortable, and I got compliments on it all night. I would definitely buy it, or any of their own sweatshirts, again!

Runs big. Fabric is nice. Love the color
It's a nice color of green and feels great. I ordered a medium due to the reviews. It's a larger than a normal medium so it's slightly too small. I usually wear XL and sometimes L. So, it does run big. I returned it but probably will order a L.
