- Bottom-mounted removable convection heat system promotes even airflow throughout the cabinet.
- Stainless steel, insulated construction is built for holding and transport applications.
- Universal tray slides adjust on 1.75 inch increments with 3.5 inch pan spacing.
- Mobile design includes wrap-around bumper, push handles, and swivel casters.
- Heats to 200°F and can preheat to 160°F in about 25 minutes.
