- Individual burner controls provide 3 heat settings with pilot indicator openings.
- Stainless steel top and body are built for long-lasting commercial service.
- Includes an 8" support shelf with a removable 3/8" thick poly cutting board.
- Designed for dry holding of pre-cooked foods; optional spillage pans can be used to add moisture.
