"Basket Case"While I was displaying in a event in Carlisle Pennsylvania, passers by my display started to ask if I had seen an older car for sale in the fair grounds. I took my camera over to that location of the event and found a 1957 corvette in great disrepair. It had been parked outside the owners garage and moss had grown over it. A few years later, I wanted to try and duplicate the moss that was covering the corvette. During the pandemic, I challenged myself to do a painting of the photo I took of that corvette on its trailer. As I have said before, I am always looking for a new approach.
