• SIZE GUIDE: Medium (collar width 1 inch)  fits neck size 12-18 inches (Pugs, Beagles, Spitz, Dachshund, Indies/Desis and similar sized breeds).  Collar width 1 inch

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: If your dog's name contains more than 5 letters then it will be hand-embroidered. For names less than 5 letters, we will use applique work. If you want embroidery instead of applique work, please add that in your order as a special instruction or reach out to us at [email protected] along with your order #.

Making & Shipping Time - Please note it's a made to order product and will be shipped* within 4-6 working days (Sundays and National Holidays are not included in the working days) after placing the order. COD personalised orders need to be confirmed. Our team will contact you for confirmation after receiving your order.

Delivery Time - Metros - Within 2-5 days after the order has been shipped* Rest of India - 4-7 days after the order has been shipped*

Returns & Exchange - Personalised products will not be returned. We can exchange the collar for a different size within 5 days of delivery, provided the collar is returned unused. We highly recommend confirming the size before placing the order in case of any doubts.
