Made by Charles Packer & Co., well known for their production of wartime sweetheart brooches. Circa 1940. Stamped for 15ct gold. Maker's mark "C. P & Co" for Charles Packer. The centre section measures approximately 21. 3mm x 20. 3mm. The brooch measures approximately 44. 2mm
