SET-UP:
Just rinse it prior to use to eliminate any leftover dust.

When filling the aquarium with water, do so gradually to prevent disturbing the Meridian bed. You can place a bowl in the tank and pour water directly into it, allowing the water to gently overflow onto the gravel bed. It's normal for there to be some initial cloudiness. To clear it up, utilize mechanical filtration (like filter floss). Using Clarity can also speed up the clearing process.
