Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. This fan move a lot of air. Controls are easily mastered. I linked the fan to my Google account without any trouble. This fan is stunningly beautiful and is built like a tank. The only downside is that there are a lot of parts to assemble. Bottom line is that I'll buy another one for my bed room.
