Der Jahrgangs-Champagner des Hauses kommt ausschließlich aus den Grand-Cru- Gemeinden Le Mesnil-sur-Oger und Cramant.
Am Gaumen sehr mineralisch, trocken, mit Aromen von Brioche und gerösteten Haselnüssen und großer Länge am Gaumen. Grand Cru Chardonnay Champagner in Reinkultur.
Die Rebstöcke besitzen ein Mindestalter von 40 Jahren, sämtliche Qualitäten werden in Stahltanks ausgebaut und reifen, je nach Qualität, 3-6 Jahre auf der Hefe. Alle Champagner weisen die für die Côte des Blancs typische Mineralität und Salzigkeit auf. Sie benötigen einige Zeit Luft zum Atmen und sollten aus großen Gläsern getrunken werden. I got the twelve inch handle. It is too short and does not flex enough to release ball in right direction. Its almost impossible to aim and doesn't sent the ball far enough.
