Von der Handhaltung und der Griffweite hängt ab, welche Muskeln Klimmzüge verstärkt ansprechen. Grundsätzlich gilt: Ein enger Griff geht mehr auf den Bizeps, ein weiter Griff fordert mehr Arbeit vom Latissimus. Bei engen Klimmzügen kannst du die Wirkung auf den Bizeps zusätzlich steigern, indem du sie im Untergriff (Handflächen zeigen zu dir) ausführst statt im Obergriff. Darüber hinaus sind mit dem Multifunktions-Pull-up-Bar Klimmzüge im besonders ergonomischen Parallelgriff möglich und erlauben dir, das Maximum aus deinen Muskeln herauszuholen.
