In der Feinküche ist dieser Natives Olivenöl Extra Galantino "Il Frantoio" ein verlässliches Hilfsmittel zur Aroma-Abrundung – sowohl in kalten Zubereitungen als auch bei finalen Akzenten am Teller. Aus handgeernteten Coratina und Ogliarola Oliven innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ernte mittels einer Granit-Mühle gemahlen und kalt extrahiert, bietet dieses goldgelbe Olivenöl mit grünen Reflexen reinen Olivenduft.
